Knives that you use most frequently are recommended to be sharpened approximately once a month. The advantage of this sharpener is the preset angle of 20°, so there is no need to monitor the sharpening angle and you will sharpen your knives very comfortably and simply. The ceramic discs are additionally made from industrial ceramic, which has long durability and sharpens the blade edge exceptionally quickly. Two settings allow you to switch between coarse sharpening and fine honing modes.
