As its name would suggest, the WX GRAVITY is a strong force in our lineup, equipped with all the features you need to maintain control on your adventures. A slightly angled edge on the frame and textured details on the rubberized temples are subtle and refined design elements that give a modern look. With a frame that fits comfortably on most faces, the rubberized nose pads, the included T-Peg elastic strap, and the irritant-blocking, removable Facial Cavity™ Seal, you are provided extra security to the fit.

As with all models from our Climate Control series, a floating Facial Cavity™ Seal can be purchased to the WX GRAVITY, ensuring that the sunglasses do not sink, if they are dropped in water*.

*The increased weight of prescription lenses can affect the buoyancy properties of the floating Facial Cavity™ Seal.

Grey lenses

The grey lenses absorb all colors equally, making them preserve the same color perception as without sunglasses. They are perfect in bright light conditions, they ensure maximum glare reduction, and are perfect for all outdoor activities in bright conditions.

100 % UVA/UVB protection

It is not only the skin that can be harmed by UV-rays, but your sight can also be diminished. If your eyes are exposed to the sun, long and intensive radiation can lead to an infection of your eyes’ conjunctiva or cornea. That is why it is so important to use sunglasses and eyewear with UV-protection. Our lenses all ensure you 100% UVA/UVB protection, assuring you protection from harmful rays that can lead to permanent eye damage.

Anti-Fog coating

The lenses have been covered with our Anti-fog coating, a lens treatment that will make your lenses more resistant against fogging up. Your lenses fog because of temperature differences and the level of moisture in the air, meaning when warm or moist air hits the cool surface of the lenses, fog can occur. This can be the result of you engaging in intense activities or simply due to changes in weather conditions. But with these anti-fog coated lenses, you get lenses that are highly resistant against fog, ensuring you a clearer vision even under high performance activities.

T-Shell™ Scratch Resistent Coating

All Wiley X lenses are treated with our T-Shell™ scratch resistant coating, which will protect the lenses against damage and extend their life span. With Wiley X you not only get lenses made from the high-quality material, polycarbonate, but also lenses that are coated with this top-of-the line hard coating, which ensure your lenses’ durability.

Shatterproof Selenite™ Polycarbonate lenses

All Wiley X eyewear comes with our shatterproof Selenite™ polycarbonate lenses. This material is super durable and strong, and we use it to ensure that our rigorous testing can be carried out, so you can get lenses that are certified to the toughest optical safety standards.

Triloid™ Nylon Frame

Triloid™ Nylon is the toughest non-metal material available. It not only gives you lightweight comfort, but it also extremely strong. Among other, it is thanks to this highly durable material that WX eyewear can withstand the rigorous safety tests that we certify all our eyewear to. It might have a light and plastic feel, but TriloidTM Nylon is much stronger and of a higher quality.

Facial Cavity™ Seal

With the attached Facial Cavity™ Seal you can control the influence of the outer elements from distorting your vision. The Facial Cavity™ Seal will block out any irritants, including wind, dust, and depris, but it will also block the peripheral light, protecting your eyes and allowing your lenses to perform to their fullest.

Note: The Facial Cavity™ Seal can easily be removed or attached, as needed.
