Fruit and vegetable knife from the SwissClassic collection with a straight blade and smooth edge for processing fruit or vegetables with a hard surface. Blade length 8 cm. The SWISSCLASSIC collection is made from the most popular European chrome steel X46 Cr13 with modern design and an ergonomically shaped handle. The thermoplastic handle is robust and usable in the range up to 100°C. A protective extension against cuts is located at the tip of the handle. Strength and corrosion resistance make it suitable for domestic use and smaller knives as well as professional kitchens.
