Navodila za brušenje nožev:
2 do 4 krat potegnite brušilko po ostju rezila noža, pri čemer izvijajte rahel pritisk. V namen glajenja rezila potegnite brušilko po ostju rezila noža 4 do 6 krat, pri čemer izvijajte le zelo rahel pritisk. Brušni diski brušilke imajo vnaprej nastavljen kot brušenja, zato ni potrebno izvijati na rezilu in brušilki prevelikega pritiska, saj bi lahko prišlo do njihove poškodbe.
