First aid kit pouch with hook-and-loop attachment and MOLLE loop. The TT IFAK VL L pouch is fitted with hook panels for simple attachment to loop counterparts, for example directly onto the modular front panel of a TT seat or in modular TT rucksacks. It has a hook-and-loop MOLLE adapter. The IFAK is accessible from the side of the pouch.
The TT IFAK VL L pouch is not suitable for every type of tactical field use due to the attachment system. As an alternative, you can choose the TT IFAK Pouch case (Art. 7951) with MOLLE attachment.

[1] IFAK can be pulled out to the side
[2] Hook on the rear side (hooks)
[3] MOLLE adapter with hook and loop (loop)
