Further development of the proven Trident design! SOG Trident AT is designed for professional use. Its rapid deployment enables assisted blade opening. Operation is on both sides of the handle, so it does not matter which hand you hold the knife in. It is equipped with a safety strap cutter integrated into the handle, and steel spikes for breaking glass. The 95 mm blade is made from D2 steel, is cryogenically heat-treated and has a black surface finish. The blade is secured in the open position by a reliable XR locking mechanism and also has an integrated blade lock. EASY OPENING WITH ASSISTANCE Simple and rapid one-handed opening regardless of which hand you hold the knife in. Very straightforward operation even in gloves or in stressful situations. AT-XR LOCK Maximum reliability and performance, capable of withstanding a force of 680 kg, provides maximum blade security in the open state and ensures that the knife opens only when you intend it to. SAFETY FEATURES A safety strap and rope cutter and glass breaker for extreme or emergency situations are fully integrated into the Trident AT knife. CRYO D2 STEEL BLADE A universal tool steel with high carbon content, cryogenically heat-treated according to SOG's unique performance specifications. D2 provides an ideal combination between blade durability during extended use and ease of sharpening. 2.0 SAFETY SOG collaborated with selected users to improve dual-sided operation. It therefore does not matter whether you are left-handed or right-handed. This makes knife deployment very rapid and very straightforward. Operation is completely intuitive and uses natural hand movements. This means that when using it you do not need to release your grip.
