Technical, lightweight and breathable ultra running socks designed to support the changing state of your feet during long-distance performance. Over long distances, muscle fatigue causes the foot to expand and lengthen, stretches the tendons and makes the heel more sensitive. That is why we developed a new range of socks with the Sidas Matryx team athletes, which function as an exoskeleton and mitigate the effects of foot muscle fatigue during long-distance races. All the essential benefits for ultra running were then integrated into the sock design: compression straps on the heel and metatarsals to prevent injury and fatigue, breathability around the foot to prevent sweat build-up, 2 grip strips to improve synergy between the sock and the sole, In&Out construction for greater precision and better feel, reflective strip for improved visibility during night runs.

The socks also offer good moisture wicking and odour reduction thanks to Polygiene technology. This treatment, which uses naturally occurring silver salt microparticles, prevents the spread and growth of bacteria and reduces odour from intense activity. The socks will stay fresh and last longer (guaranteed minimum 100 washes). Polygiene fibres have been laboratory tested and are completely safe for skin.

These socks have a very tight fit; if you are used to more comfort, choose a size larger than you normally wear.

Two wide strips of anti-slip silicone improve the grip of the sock to the insole in the shoe, allowing

the runner to achieve more secure proprioception and prevent friction, which causes blisters and chafing.

Support in the metatarsal and heel area Ultra Fit functions as an exoskeleton – it was developed to

support the foot during long runs, whilst also adapting to anatomical changes and compensating for muscle fatigue. Built-in compression straps on the heel and metatarsals help delay fatigue and thus reduce the likelihood of injury.
