Gel heel reinforcement cushions impact, whilst EVA material under the forefoot provides better support for push-off. Anatomically shaped arch support stabilises the foot during the step and guides it in correct axial alignment. Cushions painful conditions of overloaded heel, accelerates recovery, improves stability, influences correct biomechanical movement of the feet and consequently the whole body, ensures greater comfort during sport.

These highly versatile sports insoles are made from quality materials that provide increased durability even with intensive use. Raised edge in the heel area creates a bed for heel placement, thereby supporting foot stability. Arch support under the longitudinal arch prevents its collapse under increased load.

3Feet Run Protect insoles are suitable for running and also for other dynamic sports (floorball, tennis, basketball, volleyball etc.), and in ice hockey skates they are used in skates to improve axial alignment of the feet and for better push-off and glide.

How to use

• Remove the original insole and trim your new Sidas insole according to it
• Insert the new insole into the shoe
• Wash only with mild soap and a brush
• Do not dry on a radiator. For better drying use Therm-ic shoe dryers with air flow
