The 3Feet Eco Warm Mid insole is designed for medium arch, providing stability and support to the foot thanks to its anatomical construction from EVA materials. The surface is made from recycled polyester fabric, combined with Evamic insulating foam, which ensures even better thermal insulation.

The insole shape is adapted to fit easily into ski boots.

The insole construction is tailored to the anatomy of the foot with a medium arch, designed for winter activities. The insole's 3D construction – with longitudinal arch support and more precise heel positioning in the heel cup – optimally controls foot pronation. The foot, supported in this way, does not change its shape under load; this effect is particularly important in rigid boots, such as ski boots. EVA foam cushioning under the heel to absorb impact on the heel bone and for more precise positioning.

Designed with environmental responsibility in mind. Materials were selected to reduce the carbon footprint during manufacture, whilst maintaining the highest level of thermal comfort and quality arch support to increase stability and comfort. Despite efforts to minimise carbon footprint, we will never be at zero impact, so Sidas contributes to ecosystem regeneration, particularly forests, by donating one euro for every pair of insoles sold through the Sidas World foundation.

How to use

• Remove the original insole and trim your new Sidas insole to match it
• Insert the new insole into the boot
• Wash only with mild soap and a brush
• Do not dry on a radiator. For better drying, use Therm-ic shoe dryers with air flow
