The flysheet is made from polyester with a polyurethane layer, giving it a hydrostatic head of 4,000 mm. Seams are taped against leakage with a heat-sealed tape. The lining is made from laminated polyethylene with Rip-Stop treatment. The poles consist of laminated segments with a diameter of 8.5 mm.

Description

The tent is double-walled and consists of an inner tent and an outer flysheet. The inner tent has a rectangular floor plan with an entrance on the longer side. The outer tent has a large porch, which can be entered via two different entrances and is suitable for storing luggage, cooking and so on. Ventilation is located at the top of the flysheet dome. The ventilation windows are shaped so they do not lean in the wind, and can be closed with hook-and-loop fasteners if needed. This prevents leakage even in strong wind and rain.

Tent construction

Hang the inner tent using hooks on the structure made from crossed poles, whose ends are inserted into metal hollow rivets in the floor corners. Pull the jersey over the structure and insert the pole tensioning the porch into a perforated sleeve, insert it into metal hollow rivets and tension it into an arch. Then attach straps with hook-and-loop fasteners to the poles on the underside of the flysheet. Attach plastic three-pronged clips to the underside of the flysheet and tension the flysheet. Secure the tent using pegs and guy lines.
