Pentagon Thunder Rip-Stop poncho, olive is a waterproof and quick-drying poncho made from Rip-Stop polyester. Its hood is equipped with an adjustable drawcord, which allows customisation as needed. One of the main benefits of this poncho is its light weight and compact size when folded, which makes it easy to carry. The package also includes a compression bag, which simplifies storage and transport.

Rip-Stop is a fabric with high strength, made using a special technique where thicker threads are woven into thin textile at intervals of 5–8 mm. This technology provides an excellent weight-to-stability ratio and high tear strength. Ripstop is used in the manufacture of hot air balloons, parachutes, boat sails, tents, rucksacks and sports clothing. All camouflage uniforms of the American Army are currently made from so-called ripstop poplin, which contains 50% polyamide and 50% cotton. Ripstop was developed in the USA during the Second World War.
