If your uniform regulations rule out clothing with contrasting colour panels, most fleece jackets are out before you even try them on. That is why the Pentagon Athos 2.5 is built fully monochromatic — the same warmth and breathability as the original Athos, only without the colour accents, so it slots into a uniform without a second thought. The high-volume 320 g/m² fleece holds heat without restricting your movement, and works equally well as a standalone outer layer in the cold or as a mid-layer under a waterproof shell.
Warmth without needless bulk
High-volume polyester fleece at 320 g/m² carries a high CLO insulation rating, so it retains body heat efficiently while staying light and breathable. It adds no weight or bulk that would get in your way at work.
Comfortable under gear
Flatlock seams cut down bulk and limit chafing under a backpack, plate carrier or outer jacket. On a long shift that is the difference between a jacket you want off after an hour and one you forget you are wearing.
Part of a layering system
The jacket is fully MJC® compatible and the pair of side zippers lets you join it to other Pentagon outerwear. Instead of one jacket for one kind of weather you get a system you assemble to suit the conditions.
