These are hand measurements — measure your hand, not the glove. A is the length of the middle finger from its base to the tip, B is the width of the palm below the fingers, without the thumb. Dimensions are in centimetres. If you are between two sizes, the manufacturer recommends the smaller one for a snug fit.

Mechanix Safety FastFit safety gloves provide excellent visibility thanks to the outer ANSI-107 layer, which is made from a combination of reflective and fluorescent materials. This combination ensures that you will be visible at work even in reduced visibility conditions. The close-fitting innovative TrekDry® material keeps your hands dry, warm and comfortable, whilst elements created using 3M® reflective technology ensure excellent light reflection. Synthetic leather protects your palm and helps with better tool handling. An elastic cuff additionally ensures easy putting on and taking off of the gloves. The gloves are certified as protective work equipment and are made from the finest materials. The underside is made from Clarino artificial leather, the upper part from Spandex material. For the interdigital areas, elastic Lycra material was used.

Standards and certification
The manufacturer states the following for this model:
- EN 388:2016 – 2111X – protection against mechanical risks
- ANSI/ISEA 105 – A1 – cut resistance
- ANSI/ISEA 105 – abrasion 3 – abrasion resistance
The cut resistance level tells you how much force a blade must exert to cut through the material in a single stroke. It does not mean the glove cannot be cut — it means it withstands normal contact with a sharp edge and gives you time to pull your hand away.
Resistance to a knife stab is not measured in these tests and the gloves are not intended for it.
