When compiling the LYO EXPEDITION menu, we were certain to include some of the world's most famous and beloved dishes. No unnecessary combinations, no unnecessary ingredients, just a selection of meals that people love all over the world. And there is probably no better example than pasta alla Bolognese. This slowly cooked thick sauce made from tomatoes, onions, carrots and a handful of minced pork and beef is known for its captivating flavour and enticing aroma. If you add wheat pasta to it, you get an Italian classic that is simply irresistible. Our freeze-dried Penne alla Bolognese can be enjoyed anywhere, but we have made maximum effort to taste the same as those you find in your favourite Italian restaurant.

The meals are cooked and seasoned before freeze-drying.

They contain no artificial ingredients, no added sugars, no palm oil and no preservatives. The food is made from 100% natural raw materials. Shelf life is approximately 4 years.
