Dal (dhal, daal, dhal) is a well-known traditional Indian dish that delights with its distinctive flavour, thick and creamy consistency. Many love it for its endless variety. At LYOFOOD we have created a red lentil dish, slowly stewed in a creamy coconut and tomato sauce and served with gluten-free oats. To finish, we sprinkled it with crunchy green lentils, which gave it an extra crunchy texture. In short, a perfect freeze-dried organic version of a classic Indian dish that will warm you for hours.

The meals are cooked and seasoned before freeze-drying.
