Novi žepni nož Herbertz je vitek in praktičen. Njegov dizajn je navdihnjen s francoskim nožem Laguiole.
Nož ima kakovostno rezilo, narejeno iz nerjavečega jekla AISI 420. Rezilo se odpre z zarezom in je zavarjeno s prožino Slipjoint.
Ročaj je narejen iz kombinacije lesa Quince in nerjavečega jekla. Ta kombinacija zagotavlja trdnost in odpornost noža.
