The Raccoon Mk2 is a tactical backpack that you can expand for a specific task.
Construction resistant to intensive use
The backpack withstands frequent packing, gear transport, and contact with the ground. Helikon-Tex made it from Cordura® 500D, which increases resistance to abrasion and damage. The material is coated with DWR, which limits absorption and makes cleaning easier.
It also uses YKK® zippers and Woojin® components, which work reliably even under heavy loads and in changing temperatures.
A comfortable carrying system stabilizes the load
Helikon-Tex equipped the backpack with comfortable, adjustable, and quick-release shoulder straps that let you fit it to your body and layers of clothing.
Additional load stabilization, especially during movement, is provided by the chest strap and the detachable hip belt, which improves weight distribution with a heavier load.
Helikon-Tex made sure to provide a functional organization of the space inside the backpack.
Compartment with an organizer
Three flat pockets, space for pens and small pieces of equipment.
Compartment with a mesh pocket
More room for gear that requires separation.
VIS soft hook-and-loop panel
Allows the attachment of additional inserts from the Versatile Insert System.
Space for a hydration bladder
A dedicated pocket prepared for a hydration system.
Webbing and straps make it easier to carry additional gear and spare clothing.
MOLLE/PALS webbing
It allows the backpack to be expanded with additional pockets, pouches, or medical modules.
Compression straps
They stabilize the contents and allow the backpack volume to be reduced.
Shock cord on the front
It allows you to carry a jacket, sleeping bag, or sleeping mat.
Bottom attachment straps
They allow you to attach a sleeping bag, sleeping mat, or larger equipment.
The backpack features a hook-and-loop panel for personalization.
