Practical and versatile contents

The Modular Individual Med Pouch is a convenient, practical pouch filled with Helikon-Tex's Universal Medical Insert. Helikon-Tex designed the insert to open out sideways, which gives instant access to the contents. It carries all the basic first-aid supplies: protective gloves, scissors, gauze, bandages, and disinfectants.

Construction resistant to intensive use

The pouch withstands frequent packing, the transport of heavy gear, and contact with the ground. Helikon-Tex made it from Cordura® 500D, which increases resistance to abrasion and damage. The material is coated with DWR, which limits absorption and makes cleaning easier.

It also uses YKK® zippers and Woojin® components, which work reliably even under heavy loads and in changing temperatures.

Internal hook-and-loop field

It lets you attach the medical insert securely and stops it from shifting during movement.

Elastic webbing and paracord loops

Two webbing loops and two paracord loops let you arrange small pieces of equipment and keep them in a fixed position.

Mesh pocket with a drawcord

It makes it easier to sort small dressing materials and keeps them from falling out.

Hook-and-loop panel with the Star of Life

The reflective marking makes it easier to identify the first-aid kit quickly in an emergency.
