The Guardian Dangler is a hanging pouch for the Guardian Plate Carrier vest.
Construction resistant to intensive use
The pouch withstands frequent packing, the transport of heavy gear and contact with the ground. Helikon-Tex made it from Cordura® 500D, which increases resistance to abrasion and damage. The material is coated with DWR, which limits absorption and makes cleaning easier. It also used YKK® zippers and Woojin® components, which work reliably under heavy loads and in changing temperatures.
The Guardian Dangler adds room for extra gear without changing the vest's configuration
It is compatible with the Guardian system. It attaches to the plate carrier under the front flap using a detachable hook-and-loop panel. Thanks to this it stays on the body's centre line and does not upset the balance of the gear. It lets you carry additional equipment, such as a medical package or a multitool.
Helikon-Tex gave the Dangler solutions that do more than just organize your gear.
Built-in organizer
The two-way zipper gives quick access to the contents from both sides and makes opening the waist pack on the move easier.
MOLLE/PALS-compatible webbing
It lets you attach an extra pouch or connect the waist pack to a larger system.
It can be used as a waist pack
Once a hip belt is attached, the Dangler works as a standalone waist pack.
The Guardian Dangler is an extension of Helikon-Tex's professional Guardian system
The Guardian system is designed to cover a soldier's full loadout: from belts through vests (plate carriers and chest rigs) to backpacks. All components are MOLLE/PALS compatible, which lets you configure and expand the gear for specific missions. Individual elements of the system are also compatible with Helikon-Tex's VIS (Versatile Insert System) and Competition insert systems.
