A precise all-metal Fox Outdoor Precision compass for hiking and navigating in the field. The needle is liquid-damped, the sighting lens with notch and the window in the lid make targeting easy, and a spirit level helps you hold the compass level. It is carried in a belt pouch.

More functions in one compass

Besides taking bearings through the sighting lens and the window in the lid, you will appreciate the centimetre and inch scale on the side for measuring distances on the map. The spirit level shows whether you are holding the compass level, and the thread on the underside lets you mount it on a tripod.
