Fenix WT16R is a multi-purpose rechargeable torch with a long-range reflector and side-mounted wide beam with output up to 300 lumens. The light source in the long-range reflector is a pair of Cree XP-E2 LEDs, the side beam contains several COB LEDs. This side beam has a wide light cone with uniform intensity, which is ideal not only for illuminating a work area, and also has a yellow warning strobe function.

The Fenix WT16R torch is also equipped with a sturdy steel clip for easy carrying on a belt or in a pocket. It is further equipped with two strong magnets, one positioned on the side and one on the bottom. The torch can thus be easily attached to an iron surface in two different positions. With its versatility, the torch is designed especially for work use, but works equally well in the home and when camping. The torch is powered by a built-in Lithium-polymer rechargeable battery 3.7 V / 2000 mAh, which charges via a USB-C connector cable (cable is included in the packaging).

All torch parameters (light output, battery runtime, water resistance, beam distance and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Use of Fenix WT16R LED torch

• The torch is switched on and off by pressing the button for 0.5 seconds, once switched on, the lighting modes are cycled by briefly pressing it.
• To switch between the long-range and side wide reflector, hold the button for 1.2 seconds.
• The torch has memory and will always switch on in the last lighting mode when turned on again.
• The control button can be locked to prevent accidental activation, for example when carrying in luggage.
• When the torch is off, press the control button twice quickly (within 0.5 seconds), the torch will then flash twice, signalling that it is locked.
• To unlock, press the button twice quickly again.
• Overheat protection: when operating at maximum power, the torch will gradually reduce light output to 200 lumens when using the long-range reflector, or to 150 lumens when using the side reflector after five minutes.
• The torch charges via a USB-C connector, which can be connected to a computer, power bank, USB mains adapter or USB car adapter.
• During charging, the indicator LED next to the button lights red, and turns green when fully charged.
• Full charge takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes using a 2 A source.
• Battery charge status indicator: After briefly pressing the button (torch must be off), the LED battery status indicator next to the button activates. Green light means the battery is charged above 85%, green flashing means 50–85%, red light indicates 25–50% and red flashing means the battery is charged below 25%.
