Fenix ALG-04 služi k enostavnemu pritrditvi naglavne svetilke. V kategorijo tistih, ki so kompatibilne z ALG-04, spadajo: Fenix HL55, HL60R, HM60R, HM61R, HM65R in HM70R. Ta nosilec ni kompatibilen s HM65R-T. Uporabljate ga lahko predvsem na delovne in vojaške čelade, ki imajo NVG montažo. Prednost je, da je ta nosilec izdelan iz žilaveega plastike in tudi njegova namestitev, ki je zelo enostavna, saj ga le pritisnete v montažo.
