The Viking combat axe is another in the series of Viking axes. This two-handed Viking combat axe is only 76 cm long and weighs just over one kilogramme. Our Viking combat axe is designed for use as a standalone weapon, but can be effectively combined with a sword, shield or combat hammer. It has a widely forged blade head made from 1055 steel. This allows you to thrust well with the axe or hook shields with these forged spikes. The two-handed blade is made from American white oak.
