That is why Cold Steel came up with a more affordable version of this folding knife, the Ranch Boss II. This knife is made with utility, durability and price in mind. The blade is made from SK-5 carbon steel. The steel exhibits high toughness, holds an edge very well and has great resistance to wear. Its flat grind is probably the most suitable solution for this type of knife. The handle is made from hard plastic in a traditional bone pattern and is reinforced with steel liners. The knife is sold with a rigid leather sheath.
