And finally a knife with a D-guard handle, designed from the ground up to perform in the most demanding conditions of military and special operations. The knife is dominated by a "D" hand guard made from high-strength aluminium 6061. The Chaos® range was inspired by traditional "trench knives", trench knives from the First World War. Chaos® knives are robust knives with a smooth edge made from SK-5 steel. The standout feature is a solid hand guard made from strong aluminium 6061 and a carbon steel 1055 spike on the rear of the handle. The blade is double-edged and made from Japanese SK-5 steel with high carbon content, traditionally used in the manufacture of a wide range of hand tools including chisels and wood saws, drills and so on. The steel exhibits high toughness, holds an edge very well and has excellent abrasion resistance. The blade is also treated with a Black Tuff-Ex™ anti-corrosion coating. The knife comes with a Secure-Ex sheath, which protects both you and the blade. The Secure-Ex® sheath is highly functional and comes with a belt clip.
