Composition: cooked pork shoulder meat 41.2%, roasted cooked buckwheat porridge 29.4%, water, mushrooms 4.4%, spice and flavouring blend [dried vegetables in various proportions: carrot, celery, onion, leek; modified starch, flavourings (containing soya protein hydrolysate, wheat protein hydrolysate), sugar, salt, partially hardened palm vegetable oil, spices, flavour enhancers: E 621 and E 635, malt and yeast extract], wheat flour, tomato concentrate.

Product may contain milk, mustard and eggs.

Nutritional value per 100 g of product: energy value 533 kJ/127 kcal; fat 5.7 g, of which saturated fatty acids 2.2 g; carbohydrates 8.3 g, of which sugars 0 g; fibre 1.4 g; protein 10 g; salt 0.75 g.

Preparation method: open the product, transfer the contents of the tin to a pan. Heat over a moderate heat until the desired temperature is reached, stirring occasionally.

Store at a temperature between 0^oC and 25^oC and relative environmental humidity.
