The balm, with added waxes, adds protection from inhospitable weather to the nourishment. The wax doesn’t nourish, it shapes: it pulls an unruly beard into a neat form. And the shampoo will be appreciated by anyone who has ever had leftover lunch caught in their beard.

With a kit like this, you have a choice every morning: oil today, balm tomorrow, with or without wax. The shampoo then washes it all off and you can start again. And once the box is empty, it will serve for more beard products – or for your Pokémon card collection.

Usage:

Oil: spread 3 to 6 drops from the dropper between your palms and work them into a damp beard right down to the skin, gently massage the skin and brush your beard; use 1 to 2 times a day. Balm: warm an amount according to the length of your beard by rubbing it between your palms, spread it evenly through your beard and moustache and massage it in right down to the skin; it pays off most before heading out. Wax: warm it in your palms and use it on its own, or mix it with the balm in your palm if you want firmer styling. Shampoo: lightly lather it in your palm, massage it into your beard right down to the skin and rinse with lukewarm water; once every 2 to 3 days is usually enough.
