And we have simply sterilised it using the same principle our grandmothers used. We just have better technology for it today. Thanks to it, the food tastes and smells as if it has just been cooked. And without refrigeration it will keep for at least three years. So you can serve this delicacy whenever and wherever you fancy it.

About the dish
Vegetarians, celebrate and rejoice! You will love this risotto. New parboiled rice holds its shape beautifully and, typical of risotto, stands out with excellent al dente preparation. With select vegetables such as baby carrots, peas, green beans and sweetcorn, it is the perfect base for excellent risotto. However, the distinctive flavour comes from a blend of Provençal herbs. To satisfy and complete the entire flavour, we have added natural nigari tofu cut into cubes, which will certainly be appreciated not only by classic vegetarians, but will be enjoyed by anyone who takes an active and healthy approach to life.

Vegetables 54% (green beans, baby carrots, peas, sweetcorn, tomatoes, peppers, onion), parboiled rice 25%, tofu 20% (soya, nigari sea salt), rapeseed oil, salt (salt, potassium iodide), Provençal seasoning, rasca, spice, chilli.
