All we did on top of that was sterilise it on the very same principle our grandmothers used for preserving. We simply have better technology for it today. About the meal

Is it a steak or isn't it? A little of both. To make it easier for you to eat out of a pouch, we turned the steak into cubes. And not just any cubes, because this is prime beef from young bulls. To tenderise it, we marinated it overnight in oil and thyme, which gives it just the right aroma and final flavour. Then we put it in the oven and roast it. The final sterilisation simply makes sure the meat falls apart beautifully on your tongue and fills your taste buds. Like all our other 100 % meats, its low weight makes it perfect for packing into your rucksack for hikes when you are travelling light.
