About the meal

Now this really is meat! Hand-trimmed and portioned pieces of pork shoulder roasted in steam together with caraway. Thanks to its higher fat content the meat stays nicely juicy and tasty, and even after losing a third of its weight during roasting it is never dry. Its low weight and high nutritional value make it ideal even when you are travelling light.
