What's inside
Ingredients you can tell at first bite
Choco is not a bar “with chocolate flavouring”. It contains 8 % real chocolate (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, vanilla flavouring) and 41 % nuts in three kinds: peanuts, hazelnuts and almonds. It is all held together by the so-called Florentine mixture — a traditional 17th-century confectionery technique in a modern form.
Nut mix
Peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds. Whole pieces, not paste. Three kinds of nuts for a deep flavour profile.
Sunflower seeds
They crunch under your teeth. Texture, fibre and unsaturated fats — energy released gradually.
Real chocolate
Cocoa mass, cocoa butter, vanilla flavouring. A deep, slightly bitter taste — not a coating, not an aroma.
